  • Procedure: I&D, debridement​
  • Applied Myriad Morcells (500 mg) into the deepest part of defect, then applied Myriad Matrix (3-Layer). Both products hydrated in situ with saline and blood​
  • Absorbable antibiotic beads applied, and retention sutures placed for re-approximation
