- Etiology: gunshot wound
- Initial procedure: Embolization of facial artery branches and parotid leak

- Applied Myriad Morcells (500 mg) on hospital day 7, hydrated in situ with sterile saline
- Secondary dressing: contact layer and dry sterile dressing

- Pain well-controlled

- Secondary dressing: Gauze and Tegaderm®

- Morcells well adhered, 80% integrated
- Significant granulation tissue noted
- Improved depth

- Maintain secondary dressing regiment
