Description: Full thickness wound of the left posterior thigh with exposed hamstrings muscle and tendon
Approximate Size: 21 x 10 x 2 cm

Multiple sharp debridement’s of non-viable tissue
Applied Myriad Morcells (2000 mg) to irregular areas where the sheet could not make direct contact with the wound bed
Multiple pieces of Myriad Matrix (10 x 20 cm, 5-Layer) were trimmed to size to cover entire wound bed. The pieces were rehydrated in sterile saline and secured with Xeroform® and suture
Secondary dressing: NPWT at 125 mmHg

Myriad well adhered and integrating. Buds of granulation tissue were noted forming under Xeroform®
